Daylight Scripture – I foresaw that the Lord was always with me; because he is at my right hand I won’t be shaken. Therefore, my heart was glad and my tongue rejoiced. Moreover, my body will live in hope.

Daylight Prayer – Lord, today I pray for those who mourn. I have known your comfort on many days and in many situations, in grief, in loss, in pain, in heartbreak. You have sustained me with your steadfast love…always. May those who are mourning today be comforted by your sweet and blessed presence. May they feel your grace and peace even in the midst of their pain. Amen.
