DayLight Prayer – Lord, Today I pray for all people who are being persecuted for teaching and proclaiming your gospel. I know that the evil one would like for your name to never be mentioned, to never be alluded to, to never come up. Instead, let your name be proclaimed, and let the proclamation be protected from evil. Your good news is to vital too be hidden. The good news is that in you there is freedom from fear and death, forgiveness of sins, and life everlasting. Amen.

I pray for your kingdom, that it comes in our hearts with the power of the knowledge that through you we are one, sisters and brothers of your great kingdom. Help us to intentionally study, adopt, take-on, feel out and live into all you have created us to be. Amen.

DayLight Prayer – Lord I know that many of us do not often think about ourselves in negative terms like immoral, corrupt, lustful, greedy and filled with evil desire. But, in many small ways these sins lurk in our hearts and lives. Forgive us, and fill us with the Spirit of Christ. Awaken us to our need for repentance. Amen.

When they have doubts, as everyone does, send people who can make clear that you are not a trick, a slight of hand, or but that you are simply our savior. Help them, Lord, to accept you for who you are, the savior of all creation. Amen.

DayLight Prayer – Lord, Today my thoughts are with those whose families have been robbed of their loved ones through tragic events. I pray for the family who has suffered in this way. Give them the comfort of your peace, Lord. Help them to be blessed by the memories of their loved ones. Amen.
