Gracious Lord, In many ways I lift my prayers to you; long wordy ones, formal church ones, over-the-sick and downtrodden ones, ones thought, ones cried, ones screamed and ones that are tormented, disappointed, and frustrated. Yet you hear them all. You receive them all, just as they are offered because your eyes see the places from which they come and your ears hear the prayers of your children. I give you praise because I am so grateful you hear me just as I am.   Amen.

Lord, Phillip asked you to show the Father to him and all the disciples and they would be satisfied, to which you responded, “I am…” Give me a pure heart so that when I see God I will be able to recognize God. Help me to have peace today as I realize your presence in my life.   Amen.
