DayLight Scripture – Issachar is a sturdy donkey, bedding down beside the village hearths. He saw that a resting place was good  and that the land was pleasant. He lowered his shoulder to haul loads and joined the work gangs.

DayLight Prayer – Sweet Father, Today I remember that all of us are called to lower our shoulders and join the work gang. I know that I speculate that what I do is of very little value. Yet I know that as your child whatever I do with a pure heart will honor you. Give me a pure heart I pray. Amen.
