DayLight Prayer – Lord, I love the gentle words of Solomon as he describes the delight of love. I thank you for endowing us with the ability to know and feel love. If we were merely biological, sprung from the elements, successful diversities that “made it,” then I believe the ability to hold hands in joy, feel compassion, experience desolation, and even harbor ill would evade us. But we are more, we are your creations, made in your image.  Help me today to be more like you, living into my perfectly created nature, loving as you love. I pray in Jesus’ name.
