For as the rain and snow fall from heaven, and do not return there without watering the earth and making it germinate and sprout, to provide seed to the sower and food to the eater, so then my word which comes from my mouth will not to return to me empty, but it will accomplish what I please, and it will prosper in what I send it to do.”

Father, Today I pray that your word which will go out from every place it is uttered and accomplish the work that you intend. Let it melt the stone heart; let it free the imprisoned soul; let it heal the wounded spirit; let it open the closed door; let it shine your light into dark lives. Let it be as you intend. Praise to the Holy One of heaven; the loving and the just, giver of the Word.  Amen.
