Daylight Scripture – But they struck a sandbar and ran the ship aground. The bow jammed fast and remained immovable, while the stern began to break up by the pounding of the waves.

Daylight Prayer – Lord, how many people feel like their ship has hit a sandbar and is beginning to break apart. I pray for those who are facing such a moment when the believe that they are about to sink into an ocean of danger and the unknown. Eliminate their fears and replace it with the confidence that there is no place that you avoid…you are with them through anything. Thank you for being the master of the sea. Amen.
